Clinical Lead


This role is at the heart of the Service working closely with frontline staff, managers, the CEO and clinical trustees providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure / inspire excellence.We are seeking someone who is keen and ready to have influence across a service. The successful candidate will have significant expertise in the field and be committed to provision of support for those who traditionally do not access psychological therapies.

Clinical Lead Job Description and Person Specification

The role is for a minimum of 14 hours per week (to include Wednesday 9.15 – 12 noon); there is the option for additional hours and or face-to-face clinical hours if desired.  £33,500 – 38,500 depending on skills and experience (pro rata) plus 5% employer pension. Located at Portland Street, Leeds LS1 3DR

Applications are invited from female counsellors or psychotherapists with full UKCP Registration / BACP Accreditation (or equivalent) and significant relevant experience. Applications are invited from a broad spectrum of women (Genuine Occupational Qualifications apply under the Equality Act 2010). Posts are subject to DBS checks.
