Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service (WCTS) offers a free or low cost accessible counselling and psychotherapy service for Leeds women on low incomes. Venues are in the city centre and in communities around Leeds. Learn about our services here.

Flying Lessons for Women Group – starting 24th April 2017 @10.30am
Monday mornings at a venue close to the city centre. A group for women wanting to work towards becoming more confident. Would you like to build your confidence; feel less isolated; improve your wellbeing and develop your strengths, talents, coping skills and happiness. Information and support with self harm
Access WomenSpace is a NHS funded quick access service for women who self harm, and their friends and family. We offer up to three 45 minute pre booked sessions (face to face or by phone) where women can talk, get information and learn about other services in Leeds. Appointments are usually offered quickly – within two weeks of contacting us – and are staffed by workers experienced in working with self-harm who can listen, offer ways to manage and provide information about other support services.
