We offer a free, or low-cost, counselling and psychotherapy service for women and girls on low incomes in Leeds.

We work with disadvantaged or marginalised women and girls facing complex health and social situations.  We help them to recover from experiences of abuse, violence, neglect, trauma and mental ill health. 

PLEASE NOTE: we open and close our waiting list to make sure women don’t wait too long for support. We are currently accepting requests for service. Please find out more about requesting a service.

Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service is currently offering mainly phone or zoom counselling for Leeds women and girls on low incomes.  Our aim is to resume service as soon as we can. You can stay in touch with us on social media where we post advice and resources to support your wellbeing.
