Service Manager – Peri-natal team (Job Share)

Due to our existing perinatal team manager reducing her hours we are recruiting a Service Manager (Job share)

About the Role
Based at our new building in Park Square, central Leeds, this important role involves supporting and motivating a skilled experienced team of counselling professionals and taking a creative can-do approach to achieving service outcomes.

As well as co-leading a team of around six members of staff, we’ll rely on you to identify and contribute to development opportunities and get involved in local networks and partnerships. If appropriately accredited, you may hold a small caseload. Your key focus however, will be on managing service delivery.

Hours: 17.5 – 22.5 per week over three days Tuesday to Thursday (days are non-negotiable, pattern of hours is negotiable).

Salary: £37,558 – £43,446 (pro rata based on 35-hour week); 5% employer pension contribution

Board of Trustees – new members

Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service (WCTS) is the specialist women and girls mental health charity in Leeds. Our mission is to work with vulnerable women and girls who experience significant mental health difficulties; providing accessible therapeutic services that offer brief medium and long term relationship and result in valued and sustainable change.

Trustees play a critical part in this highly regarded, specialist charity. As we celebrate 40 years of services and move into the next stage of development we are seeking to strengthen the Board adding new trustees to our current complement.

We are looking for women with a passion for mental health or living in / working with communities experiencing deprivation. We are particularly interested in hearing from women with experience of finance or acting as Treasurer.

We especially invite young women to consider this opportunity (that is under 30 years old as this age group is currently under represented on the Board).
